We comply international labelling regulations and legislations to ensure we supply safe cashew to our customers worldwide.

Non-GMO

“We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against GMO contamination in the food supply chain. We prohibit the use of genetically engineered organisms or their products throughout our production and handling processes.

Our cashew kernels are exclusively sourced from non-GMO raw cashew nuts under our direct supervision. Our products adhere to regulations (1829/2003/EC and 1830/2003/EC) that exempt them from GMO labeling requirements.”

Gluten Free

“All our cashew products are gluten-free, compliant with EU Regulation 41/2009, and produced without the use of wheat, rye, barley, oats, or their derivatives.”

Proposition 65 Statement

“Alphonsa Cashew Industries is dedicated to delivering safe, top-quality products to our customers and their consumers. We collaborate closely with suppliers and supply chain partners to ensure our Raw Cashew procurement aligns with Prop 65 Standards. We commit to ongoing monitoring of Proposition 65 regulations, comparing any newly listed chemicals with our finished products, and transparently communicating this information to all stakeholders.”

Non-Ionisation (Irradiation)

“We do not subject our cashew to irradiation treatments, which includes the use of Gamma Rays (Cobalt 60 or Cesium 137), X-Rays, or Electron beam.”
